Do you accept both small and very large projects?

Our copywriters are ready to handle projects of all sizes. We have experience working both for private entrepreneurs, where jewel-like precision is required, and for large agencies, where timeliness and massive capacity are a priority. However, please note that very small volume orders are just as demanding, and often even more, than large projects, which is why we apply a minimum project fee. If the volume of the project exceeds 100 PLN net after counting the number of ZZS x Rates, the project is calculated according to the established rate. Below this volume the minimum price is 100 PLN net.

How quickly do you send back texts?

We carry out orders efficiently and on time. We complete small orders even within 3-4 business days. For large projects, we individually set convenient deadlines for sending texts. We are flexible and always try to adapt to the client's needs - just tell us about them, and we will do everything to make you satisfied!

Do you offer express turnaround on projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it involves an additional fee. We are able to process small orders in as little as 24 hours. Express orders incur a double fee and always require individual approval from our copywriters.

Can the final rate be different from the one in the price list?

Accepted Answer

The above price list is indicative. Each project is different and requires an individual approach, so the final rate is always agreed upon by e-mail. It may be lower or higher than the above rates. However, you can be sure that once you accept the final quote sent by email, it will never increase during the invoicing process. Once the price is accepted, it can only be lower (if we think that the project went better than expected, or we decide to give a courtesy discount).

What is the form of settlement?

We issue standard VAT invoices. After the work is done, we will send you an invoice together with the texts. The standard term for invoice payment is 7 days, but here too we are flexible and ready for concessions and individual conditions.
